The awesome crew for Window World, Michael, Austin and Eric installed 2 patio doors and 6 windows in short order yesterday. They were not only professional, respectful and kind, their operation was methodical and smooth. Any and all questions were welcome and knowledgeably answered. It was a chilly day and they buttoned up openings with expedience and expertise. In addition Austin, Eric and Michael went beyond expectations with helping me salvage the tempered glass for a future art project. And to top it all off, Michael helped me rehang the vertical cellular patio door shade! All in all it was a successful project with a pleasurable crew. Thank you Window World. I will sing your praises to everyone.

What a facelift on our house! The self-trimmed windows really added life to the exterior of the place. We are selling this house and are sad that we will not be the ones enjoying these beautiful windows.
The installers, Austin, Jose’ and Mike were very personable, professional. They didn’t mind at all that we were there, asked questions and watched while they did the installation. I would highly recommend this crew for your instal. Thank you so much guys!!
Amy in the Window World office was a pleasure to work with. Our whole experience with Window World was outstanding.

My experience with Window World has been great! Patrick was our salesperson and there was no pressure from him to buy right then and there. He gave us time to think about it. Once we decided to go ahead he was very thorough with explaining the next steps. He definitely knows what he's doing.

We had new windows and a new door installed by Austin, Brandon, Brian, and Michael on Friday, July 19th. They are a fantastic install team! the whole team worked efficiently and quickly, and they were done in an afternoon. They were also all very friendly and kind to our dog!
The work they did was great as well. Everything they installed both looks great and functions as advertised. They cleaned the area that the install was performed, and walked us through the features of the new windows post install, which was appreciated.
I would recommend Window World of Reno for anyone looking for new windows, as well as return to them for any future windows!
